CREATIVE BLENDER: Power Balls

PURE Protein + Love + Simple Ingredients = Delicious Protein Balls

If you're like us and in need of a sweet treat every now and then, then these are your absolute saviour!

We have whipped up two different types of delicious little balls for those who like some variety. A raw cacao, cashew and date protein ball, and a coconut and vanilla power ball.

Ingredients (Cacao PURE Power Balls):

250g Organic Medjool Dates

250g Organic Cashews

2 tablespoons The Bondi Blends PURE Protein Blend

1 tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil

1 tablespoon Organic Black Chia Seeds

A splash of Organic Coconut Milk

Method:

This one is prettyyyyyy simple!

Throw all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined!

If the mixture is too dry, add a touch more coconut milk to ensure a smooth, slightly sticky texture.

Once combined, roll into bite-sized balls and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Ingredients (Coconut & Vanilla Balls):

250g Organic Cashews

1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut

1 tablespoon The Bondi Blends Immunity Blend

1 tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil

1 tablespoon Organic White Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon Ground Organic Vanilla Bean Paste

A splash of Organic Coconut Milk

Method:

Guess what - this one's pretty easy too!

As with above, throw all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.

Monitor the texture by adding coconut milk as required to ensure an appropriate consistency.

Once combined, roll into bite-sized balls and cover in desiccated coconut then place in the fridge for 2 hours.
