CREATIVE BLENDER: Blue Lagoon Smoothie
If you've ever wanted to conjure up something in the kitchen that's so pretty you literally cannot bear to ruin it, then this one's for you!
A delicious, ridiculously beautiful (and super healthy) smoothie that gets you day dreaming about your next holiday.
1 large banana
¾ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon The Bondi Blends CLEANSE
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Several fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons coconut water (or tap water)
1 kiwi, diced
dried coconut flakes
1. In your blender, combine all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into peeled coconut, then top with kiwi, blueberries, chia seeds, and coconut flakes!
MAKES: 1 SMOOTHIE
