What is your shipping policy?

Slow down there you KEEN BLENDER. Good things come to those who wait – don’t worry though, you won’t have to wait that long!

The Bondi Blends aim to dispatch all orders within 1 or 2 Business days of receiving your order. Generally, we ship all our bundles of goodness via Australia Post.

Can I be a wholesaler?

If you're a wholesaler and are interested in stocking The Bondi Blends - we'd love to hear from you.

Got A Problem With your Order?

We only wants the best for our customers.

If you are not happy with your order please get in touch with us quoting your order number and reason for your dissatisfaction.

Changed your mind or want another blend?

The Bondi Blends will gladly issue you with a Credit Note for the price of the goods received (Excluding Shipping). This Credit Note can be used to purchase the same item, or another item of your choice and is valid for up to 12 months. Please note that the item must be returned unused , unopened and in it’s original packaging within 14 days of purchasing your goods.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item.

Credit notes cannot be transferred to another person or account and can only be redeemed at TheBondiBlends.com.au
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Receive a Faulty or Incorrect Product?

If we made a mistake OR the product was faulty we sincerely apologise!
